We have 3 main objectives
Outreach
To increase accessibility and leadership of South Asian females in STEMM

To provide free workshops and webinars for South Asian women already in the STEMM fields

To understand the determinants of a South Asian woman's career choices"
The City of Brampton has supported STEM and STEM-related events throughout this whole year. They have supported not only Sparkin' STEM but also many other STEM organization.
